Returns and exchanges

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
1. Write to pedidos@aloitacollection.com with your name and order number.
2. The item must be sent in its original condition, including the bag in which it is delivered, with the label and with the hygienic protector without signs of having been removed. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
3. You will receive an email indicating the address where you should send the package. We are not responsible for the cost of this shipment.
4. Once we receive the package, we will verify the condition of the items and we will make the refund to the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase.
5. For more information, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at pedidos@aloitacollection.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.
Note: Until we receive the product, it will be under your responsibility.

Changes

If for any reason you have not found the right size, you can exchange it within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

4. Once we receive the package, we will verify the condition of the items and we will send you the requested exchange as long as the product is in stock. If the new product is of a lower price, we will refund the difference to the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase. Otherwise, if the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference in value.

Methods of payment

The payment system is as follows:

- Card payment

Aloita Collection will send an email to the user, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code of the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the product, its price, shipping costs and the details of the selected payment method.
